Kate Vertsonis is a mum of two busy boys under six, and founder of ‘It’s all about U – Coaching Services’. Kate has a passion for coaching and motivating people and draws from her experience in a diverse range of roles.

Kate spent many years working in the beauty industry in various levels of management. Well known brand names such as Elizabeth Arden and Revlon were where her passion for helping people achieve their goals was born. She has also been fortunate to have traveled and worked in many countries around the world with an American based travel company. This has given her a love of people from all different walks of life. Kate also spent a short time in the Medico-Legal industry where she expanded on her customer relations skills.

In June 2002 Kate chose a new direction and became a fulltime mum, with out a doubt her most challenging role yet. During this time she tried various activities from her own party plan business to studying. Trying to retain her identity while being a mother and wife was one of the reason’s she was drawn to try life coaching.

As a result of more than two years of study and many more in the School of Life, Kate works with small business owners seeking to enhance their customer service skills. Her passion is working with mums like herself, who rather than settle for second best are taking a stand and creating a life that works for them.
